Shipping

All of our packages are sent via Canada Post, via Lettermail or Tracked Service, based on the size/weight of your order. You will receive both options at checkout. Your orders are all sent out from Toronto, Canada. We offer free tracked Canadian shipping on all orders over $75!

WITHIN CANADA

Lettermail

If your package is small and lightweight (i.e. bows or scrunchies) we offer a $2.95 CAD lettermail shipping option. This option is UNTRACKED, meaning you will NOT receive shipping notifications and you cannot see where your order is located. We are not responsible for lettermail packages lost during the delivery process, so please use this service at your own risk.

When we mail out your order, we will send you a shipping notification letting you know that your order has been sent out. 

Here are some standard guidelines for expected order times:

WITHIN ONTARIO: typically 1-3 weeks

WITHIN CANADA: typically 3-6 weeks

** please note that due to Covid-related delays, your order may take longer than expected to arrive

Tracked

If your package contains larger/heavier items (i.e. tights, headbands, clothing), your package will be sent via an expedited/tracked service. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped out, be able to see it's delivery progress, and will be notified via email or text when your shipment arrives. 

You will be offered several shipping services at checkout, and you can select your preference based on cost/delivery speed.

For our free shipping over $75 promotion, we send all packages via Canada Post Tracked Service.

WITHIN CANADA: typically 7-21 business days

Shipping fees vary depending on your location, and you can select from several options at checkout.

Shipping typically takes anywhere from 7-24 business days, and your package may be held at the US/Canada for several days while facing inspection. You may also incur duties or fees when your order arrives, which are the responsibility of the customer and not Clover & Jules.
